Restockable Merchandise Returns: Special orders, materials made to order, cut to length, and/or items classified as hazardous material cannot be canceled or returned. Additionally, custom boat covers, windshields, boat covers which have been opened are not returnable. Electronics are not returnable unless the error is Windwardboats.Shop. New merchandise in its original and undamaged packaging and in re-saleable condition, without customer’s markings, may be approved for restocking by Windwardboats.Shop within 15 days from date of delivery of invoice. Merchandise returned after 15 days in its original and undamaged packaging, without customer’s markings will be subject to at least 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice.
